I needed some additional work on an install from 3 years previous and they came out and fixed it at no cost! Great service.
Euclid Jalousie sub-contracted the replacement of my cement driveway 3 years ago, and since then I have had a flooded driveway and garage every time there's a storm. They did not reconnect the storm drain under the driveway properly and refused later to do the repair. It would require cutting the new cement and digging a huge hole to find the blockage in order to repair it. That would be hugely expensive and would ruin the integrity of the new cement. Appreciative they came out on short notice, but charged $100 for snapping a window back in place that took 5 minutes and no tools needed. Dane that came was pleasant. Will go elsewhere for replacement windows.
Euclid Jalousies does great work. Staff are very friendly and the work done is excellent. You should definitely support this family-owned contractor!
