Can’t ever get anyone to respond from the office. I leave multiple messages and leave messages in my chart. It says on my chart someone WILL respond with in 48 hours but it’s been a week. I keep calling and I am just told they are busy. I was recommended to this office and told wonderful things but man it’s pretty horrible to get help. The dr was nice during our appointment but not organized meds never got called in took two days to get that figured out. I get being busy but maybe more staff is needed. Excellent urologist!Answers all our questions. Very thorough!His PA gave us wrong information.
It was very difficult to understand him. I left the office not knowing anything. I had to find another doctor. Thankfully I did so because I needed immediate care.
In office procedure for BPH. Took time to explain procedure. Answered all questions. Friendly as well as staff. On time, courteous, experienced.
Vasectomy could not have gone any better! In and out and excellent staff.
Let's just say I have concerns after many years of being a patient, but will never again recommend this doctor or his office.
Amazing dr who cares about his patients and needs. Very polite and patient with any questions I had. Staff is awe some and care aswell. I definitely recommend him!
When I had low oxygen in the hospital he told me I was faking, when I was having constant back pain he ignored my concerns which turned out the stent was in the wrong place, and last week when I told him I think I have an infection, he once again ignored me and it turned out to be a staph infection. He also filleted me like a fish .
I highly recommend this doctor. He did a superb job on my surgery, in assistance to Dr Kean and a related problem. He listened carefully to my symptoms, and was willing to step outside the box and do a surgery in my groin area that vastly relieved my symptoms, and my pain. I cannot recommend him highly enough!
