Me and my girlfriend are staying here with Airbnb It's a great place to stay,but the parking garage is so bad we got told we would only be charged $20 everyday but we have been charged $20 every time we leave this is my 21th birthday and this just made it one of the worst birthday I have ever had. I called to tell them this and they said i would be charged $20 every time I left, I told them I was told it would every 24h, we will never be staying here again
Jake was so helpful, we had trouble with an airbnb and he walked us through the parking, how to get in, every detail along the way. It was not even his job and he went above and beyond.

Don’t ever live here even for a single month. Here are the reasons why: 1. I lived here for about 15 months and moved out March 2024. Today I received an email said my eRenter policy get automatically renewed. It’s been already more than half a year after I moved out and it’s still a mess. I have to call the company and the apartment and guess what, no one in the leasing office ever picked up the phone, just like usual.
