I was broke down on the side of the road and the owner of Euclid automotive and muffler repair shop stopped and saved my day. He repaired my vehicle while I waited and had me back on the road within 30 minutes. I highly recommend this place to anybody traveling through Euclid and needing assistance. Have a wonderful day.
This guy's are amazing. Quick and very HONEST. I thought I had one issue and he told me what was truly wrong. Could have taken my money but didn't. Will definitely be back. They even came and towed my car so I didn't have to drive it in. Thank you so much. Chrissy C.!!!!!
Outstanding service from beginning to end. The young lady greeted me professionally was very cordial and knowledgeable in determining what my car problem was. The mechanic was very thorough, my car runs excellent, the repairs were completed within the time stated. Overall very pleased I highly recommend them they definitely have gained a customer. Mike hooked us up with a great deal, towed the car for us and got right to work and got the car working quickly. The radiator was replaced and also the team noticed that it was important to put new thermostat in to ensure the car engine did not over heat, something others might miss. Good quality, prices and great team!
This place is great. I highly recommend. I was desperate and stranded. My truck would not start. They showed up like a knight with shinning armor and saved my day. (I needed an alternator.) They did their best to make sure it wasn't just a battery issue right there on the spot before bringing it to the shop. He put my alternator on the same day. AND even put on for FREE piece that holds the battery steady that I didn't know I needed. A1+++ service, especially for the girlies that know NOTHING about cars 💪❤️👍✅. I felt safe.... read more
