Why would you ever call anyone else? I can’t say enough good things about this company. The owner, Patrick, is a stand up guy, a pillar in the community, and has a big heart for people in need. Their service techs are the absolute best in the business. A young man named Aiden serviced my AC this morning, and I couldn’t be happier. Eubanks has handled both residential and commercial service calls for us. They always manage to see us the same day or next day- even during the dead of summer when our tenant’s AC went out. Both Carson and Erik have recently done service calls for us. They were both exceptionally personable, professional, and knowledgeable, making sure to explain what they did and prepare us for any issues that might arise with the much older AC units we have. (One is 40 years old!!)
Ryan is great! Always shows up when he says he will, gets the work done in a timely manner so I could get to work, and so friendly! Highly recommend this company
Would give 0 stars If i could. This company did my HVAC inspection on my very first home ever. I specifically asked about an issue in the attic, I was told everything was fine, and now that its summer I have figured out that I have a massively (as in, no way a trained hvac technician should have missed it in a Million years) cracked emergency condensation pan which is now leaking water into my attic, drywall, ceiling and dripping to the floor below.
