This has been one of the worst experiences ordering frames that My husband has ever had. We waited over a months and never received a phone call. I had to call their office to find out that one. They either forgot to place an order or that they were on backorder. They weren’t for sure then it took two days to return a phone call to tell me that they were supposedly on backorder. I had a very good experience with them. I had an eye exam and bought glasses from them..... But the glasses never fit right and continuously loosened up. And a few other issues. After trying to get it fixed several times. The store said, "ok, choose a different glasses and we will fit you in a different frame without an extra charge". And the new glasses are great. Dr. Eubanks always takes time and answer questions with your eye concerns. They have a good selection of glasses too.
