Bought a starter back in June for our dozer Dozer would not start found out starter was not working, called and they said still under warranty Took it up there and the gentlemen said the starter had too much water in it so they would not warranty it because its not a submarine starter would not even take the time to open starter, said not fixable not even a good core Got it back and opened it up, found a broke Oring, replaced it and it is fixed.
