Bought a washer and dryer set on a Saturday , picked it up , came home , hooked it up and the washer overflowed into our kitchen . Called them immediately got the after hours line they said the emergency repair isn’t for washer and dryers even though when you call them it says 24/7 emergency repair and isn’t specific . My husband fixed the washer because we couldn’t wait and they had left a piece of plastic in one of the tubes and it was stopping it up .
