I have gone to Dr. Etzkorn for MANY years. He is so knowledgeable and kind. He listens and provides educational information for solutions to be made. His staff is excellent. Always answers the phone and gets back with you. If you need a medication called in, you can count on it being done in a timely manner. very considerate. Thankful they are in practice.
Worst dr I've had. Staff was terrible in returning calls. When I would have to go off my medicine for testing and wait for his approval to go back on it He would always seem to be out of town and I would have to suffer having hypothyroidism that much longer.
I have been going to James Etzkorn for over 15 years, and he has been nothing but the best. Amy, Anne and Tina at the front desk, are the nicest, most accommodating assistants I have ever experienced at a doctor’s office. If you’re looking for an endocrinologist, do yourself a favor and make an appointment with him and his staff. You won’t be sorry !
