Don't have in house wheel alignment facilities. outsource this and then damage the reputation of these businesses because they lack skill, communication and don't pay their bills. Poor form from a business who does backyard deals and putting their customers at danger.
Why did I ever go here. Communication is the biggest let down here. I show up for a booked appointment tyre replacement to find out there tyre fitter was injured and unable to fit tyres. Quoted a fair price and then sold me tyres to take elsewhere to be fitted. Arrive at tyre fitter , only to find out the fitter cost has blown out the budget. Attempt to return the tyres, and go somewhere more reliable like Bridgestone, and they refuse to refund me. Staff then become rude and finally send me somewhere else again. I will never... read more
This shop is an absolute headache to deal with. They keep pushing tyre sizes that clearly don’t suit certain vehicles, and when you question it, they act like they’re the authority on every car ever made. Instead of listening or checking anything properly, they just insist they’re right and leave you stuck with a size that doesn’t match what you actually need. The attitude is honestly unbelievable.
