I am so sad to write this review. What once was a top tier company both in terms of product and customer service has turned into an absolute disgrace. Absolutely zero interest in replying to emails or honouring products under warranty that go faulty. Lucid Hearing should be ashamed. Great recovery after warranty claim fumble. Etymotic Beans were performing well until one malfunctioned late Feb. 2020. I returned it on warranty but nothing heard after about 9 weeks, even tho tracking showed it delivered to them. So I sent email asking for update and was told replacement would be sent. It looks like this company is in deep trouble right now. Based on my experience I wouldn't recommend buying anything from it. I've the ER4XR earphones and was charged £307.41 After a few days received a message of my order being closed because the phones are out of stock. After a few more days was refunded £289.79. So I paid £17.62 for the Etymotic's lack of care and responsibility, All attempts to write a review at the Etymotic's own website fail because it throws an "merchant does not exist" error. one of the worst places ive ever worked, upper management is a bunch robots. Henry is one of the worst people ive ever worked for, always had a 2x4 stuck in the wrong spot. the people here were nice but some of them werent, would not recommend working here or doing business with this company.
