Very arrogant and judgmental car salesman. Looking you up-and-down like you didn't have any money to purchase a vehicle not giving us the time of day verry unprofessional.

My car is a 2019 with low miles, bought at this dealer 1 year ago. I've been in once for an oil change, and once bc my garage rim broke a plastic covering underneath the car. Both times I've been treated incredibly nicely, and the last time was above and beyond. The service advisor, Kyle, actually got down on the ground and fixed this plastic component within 10 minutes. He did himself! I will always buy and service my cars at Ettleson, I can't believe how accommodating and helpful everyone has been.
