I have been at the 8046 knox ave location for over a year and a half now. The building is okay, but both previous and current management have not addressed a major concern of mine regarding an older woman tenant who has been harassing myself, my family and other tenants. I have filed a police report and she has been ignoring the Village of skokie police department who have not been able to get in touch with her. Avoid the 8042 Knox building. My husband and me have been living here since June 2021, and have had some issues. We’ve had mail stolen, we requested the door to be updated because the bedroom doors doesn’t closed as a door should, we’ve had countless of issues with the parking due to the marked yellow lines that aren’t well painted (which we’ve asked since that moment to please be re-painted), and today we’ve had our clothes stolen.
