I lived in one of their properties in Hyde Park for well over 10 years and it was a great experience. The property was maintained impeccably ... the garden was always maintained, the sidewalks and stairs were shoveled and the landlord was very responsive to any concerns I had... no matter how small or how large, I had no problems with the landlord resolving my concerns. I'd recommend their Hyde Park properties 10 out of 10.

I have been at the 8046 knox ave location for over a year and a half now. The building is okay, but both previous and current management have not addressed a major concern of mine regarding an older woman tenant who has been harassing myself, my family and other tenants. I have filed a police report and she has been ignoring the Village of skokie police department who have not been able to get in touch with her.
