Dr Gahan is diligent and attentive. The reception staff are very helpful and friendly. The nurses are great
I’ve been attending this medical centre for over 7 years now and am concerned one particular lady receptionist may need some training in customer relations - I had a very bad experience approx 22.12.2024, when I asked a question on billing - the lady in question seemed entitled to not exactly want to help with that enquiry. I had to suffer her indecency of ripping a paper out of my hand and later throwing it back at me with a mouth full of abuse in front of other patients waiting to be attended to.
