I came in for a style refresh (shaping) on a bob more so than a full haircut and booked with the salon’s lead stylist. The stylist left the salon halfway through my appointment after putting me under a dryer and when she came back, had forgotten to cut the front half of my hair after washing. I had to remind her to finish my haircut and at that point she had another client waiting. Way over priced for the quality and frankly also for the technique. I usually never return to a salon, but this one is SO GOOD!! Mars gave me a great haircut with cute curtain bangs that had so many people asking where I got my hair done :) can’t wait to come back here
