I had an appointment for small Senegalese twists, mid back with hair included for $250. The hair color I wanted was not available because the hair stylists was using the same color for her own hair when I arrived. I used my own hair that I brought with no discount even though hair was included with my scheduled style. 2 days in my hair began to frizz out of the twists making them look as if I've had them for a few weeks instead of 2 days. She does good work and moves quickly HOWEVER the reason I’m giving her two stars is because I had an appointment scheduled for 1 PM. I moved my schedule around to be there on time. I get an EMAIL 2 hours before my appointment asking me to come at 3 PM instead. I didn’t even get a text. I tried to call the shop with no answer. I didn’t see the email until 12:30 when I was on the way to the shop. She didn’t respond to my email until 2:40 PM.
