Terrible experience as a new patient. The front desk women were so rude… particularly the one at checkout. I would have understood if she was one the phone but she completely ignored the fact I was standing there. Maybe her name was Ashlee? I imagine this practice will not be held to the same standards as when Dr.Green was practicing here.
I was referred to Dr. Sager and I’m so grateful I was. The office staff is professional,prompt in greeting and happy to answer questions. Dr Sager listened to my concerns. It is so refreshing to have a doctor make time to speak with you and validate your experiences.
I see Rebecca and she is great. However, ashlee at the front desk is the only helpful one. I’ve called multiple times over things happening in my pregnancy and the first time I finally received a call back was 10:43pm when I was already asleep. It’s an actual joke.
Everyone here was so kind and made me feel super comfortable. The front desk, nurse, doctor (Dr. Rebecca I think was her name), and the lady who did my bloodwork were all amazing
