Dr. Jones is a phenomenal doctor. She's very knowledgable, is always friendly, and takes the time to make sure all of my questions are answered. The receptionist is always respectful and kind. The nurse treats my child like her own, remaining very patient while trying to check my toddlers vitals, and she always takes the extra time to comfort her after shots.
Etsu peds in Elizabethton is HORRIBLE. We liked Dr Jones the few times we got to see her before her maternity leave but the other staff are awful. The "nurse" if you want to call her that has 0 clue most of the time. NOT able to answer questions and forgets to take temps most of the time. Acts like she is scared to death to talk or ve near the babies. The receptionist is rude as all get out and rarely at her desk...if she is she ignores you. Her response to everyone is " you'll have to go to the ER or Urgent Care" . She need... read more
