Very unhappy with my experience here. The endocrinologist didn’t listen to me at all. He was arrogant and a know it all with zero bedside manner. The rest of the staff seemed nice but none of that matters after you see a doctor who doesn’t believe a word you say because he’s the doctor and that means he knows better about my body and life style than I do.. I have never had such a difficult time getting FMLA paperwork completed by a doctor’s office. It took 18 phone calls between me, MetLife, and this office, and the paperwork still wasn’t completed until well past the deadline. During this process, a receptionist promised me the office manager would call me the following day. That call never came. Aslee was wonderful during my transition from hospital stay to home. She followed up with me on my meds and ensured I received all that I needed. She even called me back on Saturday to ensure I was able to get my meds that Friday. I have had nothing but positive things to say about this office especially recently.

I waited several months before writing this review because I wanted time to reflect on my experience and gather additional information. I do not typically write reviews, but I felt my experience was important to share.
