I started going to Etsu because I was trying to get out the ballad health monopoly trap and I figured they would be a better option for me , been going here for over a year Dr.P is a good doctor & Kathy at the office in Bristol is nice but the rest of them I can’t say anything nice for they do literally nothing for you! I have a broken shoulder and ankle (all proven with x rays) & shingles all at the same time and they won’t give me anything for pain to give me any comfort. I saw Dr.Weems and it has been a long time since I have felt listened to by a doctor I’ve had. She was so kind and listened and gave me a plan of action to help myself. I’m beyond happy to have found this office. Especially after my poor experience with their internal medicine office.highly recommend the ETSU family practice office!
I wished I would have known before I came to these so called physicians before I left my Dr just wanted to let everyone know how rude they were to me they would not refill my meds when needed I'm 68 years old and without constant they switched me to another Dr never would I ever advise anyone to go here it was a horrible experience 🥺
My Drs and the staff are very good at listening to my problems and telling my my problems where I can understand them, Ive had three strokes in n as many months.frendly and listens, the only problem was my main nurse while I was in the hospital she thought she was a doctor, I had a terable headache most of my nurses would call my Dr and ask for something for my headache but she would look at my chart and tell me I only had Tylenol or something like that, I will not have her for a nurse if I have to go again, thanks to the ET... read more
