These guys had my car for 2 months to replace the engine, charged me almost 9k and said it was covered with a 1yr warranty. Brought it back 4 months later with a smoking engine and they said they would not honor a warranty and wanted to charge me another 1k to fix. Save your time and money these guys are criminals (Got a quote from a neighboring shop for the new fix and it was $300 cheaper than criminal etscorn’s “discounted price”)
This is the worst car repair service EVER!!! My parents have been loyal customers for over 30 years. They took in their Dodge Nitro for service. When the repair man took it for a test drive he got caught under the train gate and the gate came down and smashed my elderly parent's car. It has been in their repair shop now for over a week to "try" and repair the damage they caused. They did not give my parents a rental and have not called my parents to give them updates either. My parents now have no transportation for me... read more
