Same as other recent reviews—lots of excuses, and the excuses about delays are so bad, I worry about the actual work done on my car. They’ve told me on two occasions the same window just was replaced. My car was ‘just about to go to paint’ the last three times I called to get an update. Update: as of the first review, car had been delayed 6 time. As of this update the car has been delayed 14 times. I don’t normally write reviews but this place is a complete joke. My car has been in there since 10/20/24 it’s now 12/12/24. Almost two months for a back side panel door and 1 tire. Every time I call and check the status I get a lie or excuse. Every week it’s a different thing that my car supposedly needs. I was told last week everything is done just needs the sensors calibrated and will be finished Tuesday. Called Tuesday was told needs paint! WTH. They are liars! I thought this place was going to be amazing. My original work was done at a Gerber in Florida and they didn’t fix my door light and the tint on one of my windows was peeling. With the Gerber guarantee I was able to speak with a nice young lady on getting these items taken care of. Well things started to go downhill when I wasn’t informed that my vehicle needed to stay overnight because when I dropped it off in the morning for the tint it was never taken to the tint shop.
