The first time I has used them. Got updates on Tuesday and Thursday and sometimes other days, no complaints as of yet. Staff was friendly and cordial. I would recommend them . N. Hilbert
They got me in and out in order 30 minutes for mirror repair. A special shout out to Dreama and RJ (Sorry if I misspelled or made a name mistake). Their customer service is 5 stars. Their work speaks for itself. Will return here for all my repair needs in the future
Had an issue with a broken window to a break in. Was referred to this shop by insurance. Not only were they able to help, they went above and beyond the call of duty when they didn’t have to and got me fixed in two days as opposed to the original estimate of a couple weeks. I would give this company and location no stars if that was an option. I can't even make up story as bad as my experience was. They had my F-150 truck 102 days. Their own estimate said 8 days for the repair which was significant at 12K. They lied repeatedly to me about the progress. It is still not painted to my satisfaction. I had employees tell me that they are afraid to make the commission body workers do what they say because they are afraid they will quit and they can't find workers.
