GO TO A PROFESSIONAL HAIR BRAIDER. I arrived at my appointment time and waited 30 minutes because the braider was running late. When she arrived we had to wait for to get set up and couldn't have been no more than 14 -16 yrs old. I got 2 feed-in straightbacks and hair style lasted one day. It looked a mess. I made an appointment here early in October. I got there on time and they were open but one girl was cleaning. I waited 45 minutes to be sat. From there I had the worst customer experience in my life. 1. As I was scrolling on TikTok she would literally scroll back to rewatch one. 2. She told me her phone was off. 3. Braids were what young people these days would call “Boneless braids”, before she began braiding she asked did I want a middle or side part in which I replied “middle” but somehow I ended up with a SMIDDLE part. 2/10 will not try again, parts were neat and gel was light.
