I love leaving great reviews but I can’t in this case. Trusted them to tell me what was wrong with my son’s car, told them we knew the transmission didn’t have long, the catalytic converter was bad and to let me know if they could fix the problem to get the car home to Arkansas reasonably or not. I specifically said, I’m not going to fix it if it’s the transmission. They call back and said it’s misfiring and it’s just needing a tune up, so the spark plugs and maybe the coils. Brought my car in this morning for an oil change, thinking I'd keep it local and support some great people. I was NOT disappointed. The staff was very friendly, the mechanic was thorough and discussed my check engine light concern, noticed a brake pad was really worn, and just wanted to let me know. He was not pushy about it, was just genuinely concerned. The prices were fantastic and I am so pleased. I HIGHLY recommend. It's a new business venture for ETS, but well worth investing in them!
