I've used this particular branch a few times and found the staff very abrupt and rude. Appreciate they were under staffed on one occasion, but this is no excuse. I will not use ETS again.
Can’t recommend these guys enough - provided a very professional and efficient service when I took my car in for an engine replacement.
Ordered a tyre to be fitted by their mobile service on the compaines website, phone in the morning to confirm the booking, they knew nothing about it and then said that they could not do the job. I now am left without a car and unable to book anywhere else at short notice. I will certainly never book with this company again and would advise anyone to make sure to confirm any mobile booking.
