We just drove in hoping to get our electric window looked at before it rained again ETS went out of there way to fix our problem and get us back on the road again as quick as they could, We found them to be honest helpful and fair priced , Thanks guys we appreciate your help .highly recomend .
DO NOT GO HERE. My Mum took vehicle there to be serviced. After weeks of no updates, to be then told they can't repair the vehicle. Still charged her hundreds of dollars. Took the vehicle to another mechanic and they said they can definitely repair the vehicle and that she got ripped off by ETS. We will be taking further action on this company.
Caravan had wires hanging down underneath, rang up and they put us in fixed it while they are busy. We really appreciate that they fixed it for us so we can get back on the road. Thank you for your help. We are happy travellers

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received on September 24, 2024. Despite numerous calls (13 calls) to obtain pricing and communicate, I received very little response. Then to wait for over 60 minutes with three young children when turning up at 3pm as requested. The final bill was outrageous. No contact was made prior to extra work being done then what was originally discussed. Moreover, the comments made by the mechanic who performed the work were unprofessional and rude.
