Beware. My vehicle was returned with interior panels and the glovebox opened and searched through. A personal keepsake was stolen from inside of my car. When I reported it, the company dismissed it by saying they only ship vehicles, not personal items. Use extreme caution if you choose this company.

Personally I wouldn't know where to start on this nightmare. The easiest and best part to this was just actually the booking. After that it was a total nightmare. To begin, I was told by Bob that a driver would be at my home on Sunday to pick up my BMW to transport it to Texas and that the driver would be in contact with me. So Friday morning the truck driver called me asking if he could pick up my vehicle early and that he could be at my home in two hours. I said yes that I would be ok. I'm giving one star simply because the GM was actually nice to work with but I'm just not sure about how reliable this company is. I called e transport solutions June 22nd. I got a call back on June 23rd about a vehicle delivery going from Santa Barbara, CA to Nashville, TN. I needed it to be delivered by July 19. That's a little less than a month's notice. Typically car shipping companies need 2 weeks notice. I was told that the 19th is absolutely doable and that my car would be picked up July 13-15. I get a call from the a... read more
