Opening a brokerage acct. at e-trade is like attending a worldwide wrestling event, or a day at Disneyland...a remarkable experience for exasperation, and exhaustion....oh well, Morgan Stanley, WHERE ARE YOU???
NO LONGER LOCATED HERE. The name is still on the building, but they have been gone over 2 months. No forwarding information.
Horrible Experience. I have been with Schwab since 1980's and decided i would like a change. Started couple of accounts with E-Trade.. I can't get a hold of anyone, I tried to reach them by phone, e-mail, chat you name it. Took 45 minutes at a time out of my busy schedule on hold and I GAVE UP!.. STAY AWAY.. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU or YOUR INVESTMENTS!!!
