Horrible Experience. I have been with Schwab since 1980's and decided i would like a change. Started couple of accounts with E-Trade.. I can't get a hold of anyone, I tried to reach them by phone, e-mail, chat you name it. Took 45 minutes at a time out of my busy schedule on hold and I GAVE UP!.. STAY AWAY.. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU or YOUR INVESTMENTS!!!
