very bad phone app. I cannot login to my account, it keeps asking for a security code. I dont have one to enter!!!! It wont say... "we can send you one" - nope.

Really awful company to deal with. Maybe not the people, the way the company runs. After several months trying to close my account with them...success. Then, after a few months, they sent me a statement for 04 cents! So they didn't really handle it. I just called them to see what we could do to save them a monthly statement. "Wait time...30 minutes." Save yourself a lot of hassle.
Can't get through to account activation services to access my funds, wait times over 2 hours almost every day! How there is not a class-action lawsuit about this is beyond me. Your money is basically being held hostage!
Morgan Stanley is already having a negative affect on Etrade. A change that was made in the reported price paid for a stock cost me several hundreds of dollars.... It's one thing to change something and communicate it and it is a bad thing to change something an not communicate it.
