Been with them for a over a decade. No problems. Lots of data with Bloomberg live portal. Great tool. Easy to use. I’m a fan. Do not know why the bad reviews.
Called Etrade to ask simple question about my beneficiary on my trading account which took me on a adventure that was very disconcerting. Etrade kept asking me questions that made me feel uncomfortable, and had nothing to do with my original question. These questions could be used for identity theft, as a customer (soon to be former customer). How can a company do this kind of thing? I called next day to voice my concerns, etrade didn't care about my concerns. Judge for yourself.
been with them since the late 90s. easy to use. i wish they had intl trades though.
Etrade has very bad service
Very frustrating. Customer service has been sending me in circles ("Look kids, Big Ben"). Maybe you need a large portfolio to get any attention? Buyer beware.
