We had noticed termites in our houe and called E-Town Exterminating for help. They installed Sentricon Termite traps around the house. This system requires ongoing monthly monitoring during the warmer months to catch and respond to termite activity. The first year seemed to go ok. The technician would stop by during the day and leave us a card stating that they had or had not found any termites and any maintenance they had done on the traps.
