Our car broke down near Elizabethtown, we are from our of state and did not know the area. All mechanics closed because it was Sunday. Anthony was the only open mechanic we could find. Had our car towed to his place and he was very helpful and kind. We ended up just having an oil leak that we needed to top off and we were low on coolant. He figured out what was going on, topped off our coolant for us and refused to take any money for his services, did not even charge us for the coolant. Very rude on the phone when asking simple questions. Didn’t tell me his name but yelled over the phone and called us stupid. I will never recommend a place like this. Reply to owner: not a “blown engine” simple oil change. You turn away money to insult someone who has no mom or dad to ask these questions. What a terrible way to run a business. Telling off a teenager for no good reason when she just asked for a quote to fix a car? Highly unprofessional. At the end of the day, you helped us dodge a bullet by not wasting our time and money at your “shop”. If you treat customers this bad, I’d hate to know what your employees endure. If I could give a negative star rating I would. My 18 year old daughter called to get a quote on a vehicle she bought. She explained to the man that answered the phone that she just bought her first vehicle, and would like info on how to get a quote. She explained she knew it had issues and there are lights on. She is a first time car buyer and instead of being professional, he actually asked how STUPID she could be for buying a vehicle with lights on the dash and not knowing what the cost would be to repair.
