The Managers for Kimball Drive Townhouses are amazing. If you get the opportunity to live there then you picked the right place!
I rented from them. I did have a rough experience with a Karen. However upon moving out I did have an easy experience and had once major issue which was the flooding incident which they did come and fix. Carpet right under a sink is never a good idea.
not sure if it is just my unit or the entire property. I have had nothing but trouble from the upstairs unit I rented since I moved in a November of 2024. I had only been in the unit for 4 days, did not even have everything moved in. I Took a shower and both toilets backed up , and both tubs backup with black water. The issue was fixed, the plumbing needed to be dug up in the back of the units. "February" roof leak causing water drip into the master bedroom. water also ran down behind the drywall and out of the light fixture... read more
