I get doctor visits are long, but the wait here is ridiculous. They aren't really concerned with actual medical needs, they just keep scheduling appointments for insurance payouts. Rude staff all around.

Dr. H. Patel is a Great Doctor. He takes time and listens to you to make sure he addresses everything. I rarely wait over 15 minutes before I am called back. If I do have to wait longer, I know that Patient with him needed more of the Doctors time to give them the kind of quality care that he gives. I am generally in and out within an hour or less. Whoever the lady is that does the answering services past 4PM is egregiously rude. If you’ve had a rough day, that’s understandable. What’s not permissible is speaking over others when they are politely communicating with you. Instead of feeding that energy back to you, I went to shake it off because it felt disgusting. I’ve worked healthcare myself so the technique is worth a shot. Try it, cope, or simply find work in another field because I can only imagine how you handle elders when they call.
