Fantastic power lifters/strongman focused gym, but open and supportive of all lifters. Fantastic community of supportive people. Have been going here for a year with my sons and no other gym has compared.

I've worked with a lot of trainers, physical therapists, & places like Orange Theory. Most of them are more concerned with getting you to lift heavy, losing weight, and/or doing the same workout as they teach everybody else. I ended up with a lot of injuries from not being taught correct form first. I came here with a lot of back pain. Quickly, Dustin & Amanda realized my back pain was due to weak hip flexors, weak glutes & improper form.
