This place is hands down one of the best spots to go to if you've never been to a gym before owners were very down to earth and genuine willing to help walk you through each machine and understand how to approach it and to use it correctly

Fantastic power lifters/strongman focused gym, but open and supportive of all lifters. Fantastic community of supportive people. Have been going here for a year with my sons and no other gym has compared.
