Great office staff, was pregnant with my youngest daughter and got called in the office to turn my application in and was called with an apartment two weeks later. Any problems I have ever came across which was minor stuff they was there the same day to fix it. Easy to talk to, and very understanding. Will help anyone in any that they possibly can. If you are needing somewhere that will help you get on your feet and provide you and your children with housing then this is definitely your go to...

I have lived on Aubrey St for about 5 years. The first couple of years were great then things did a complete 360. I was blamed for creating a "pest" problem which I didn't cause. I asked for a handicap bar to be installed to help me get in and out of my shower but that was never really installed. My neighbors were great though. No complaints there.
