Worst vacation laced with empty promises! My family and I arrived Easter night. Had to pay an additional $96 for taxes but, after letting front desk clerk know how much we paid already she reduced. Came back to see mold in the ceiling. Called front desk and moved at night in the rain. Second villa was nice (no mold) tvs were flat screen (tvs were from 1980, bubble-style and fuzzy picture). This was the worst experience of my life. A nightmare! They took my money, told me my mother could come with me to watch my kids while I did the tour. Then when I got there said all adults have to attend. They lied! Wouldn't refund my money. I lost money and still paid for a hotel somewhere else. I refused to make my elderly mother go on a 90 min tour. This company is very unethical! I have written the BBB and I am disputing the charge with my bank.

Horrible horrible horrible place, Please DO NOT book your vacation here. the lobby and facility overall is completely dirty. I mean dirty, dust particles piled high, heavily dented furniture, old TV sets. soiled bedding and carpets. When we complained to the hotel personnel they said they would have someone come and clean it &till the day we left which was four days later it wasn't done. I had a poor experience in the beginning with a sale rep that caused a negative experience with planning my travel but after reporting the issue to their support team they rectified the situation assisted in making my travel interruption a more pleasant one. I receive a follow up call from management by the name of Michelle that made me feel valued .

First of all, I would like to say I was very skeptical at first. The company did over the phone sales and I was very uneasy about making a transaction with them in the first place. However I took the risk and purchased the "Package" . Sure enough, I got the email, and everything else that was promised. Then, it came down to booking, I was able to get a hold of the Reps at customer service but the dates we had wanted were not available. We ended up settling for a change bye a couple of days.
