Eton place is a clinic for mental health professionals. It's a nice office. The staff are very helpful and friendly.
Very kind staff and receptionists, this place has a very welcoming energy to it. Of course wait lists can be a pain sometimes, but that is like that in almost every psychological institute there is. My psychologist Lorraine is extremely lovely and has provided great help for me, and ive only seen her for the past 6 months. I have been going to this place since 2020, and I really enjoy the space it provides me.
I’ve been contemplating to write this review for a couple of years now. I was seeing Swati Basu for a while and I genuinely wish I had seen other psychologists but I unfortunately trusted her. I should have trusted my gut but I was in a really tough place in my life. Please do your research if you intend on seeing a psychologist that is more appropriate for your needs or you will pay for it later on…
I went here many years ago and saw dr sylva in 2017, I am now 22 an am still deeply affected by the lack of care and irresponsible switching of my medication which she prescribed after only 1 appointment. I was sent spiralling into a severe mental state to where i didn't even recognise myself or my own thoughts which had never happened to me before intill said meds and ended up in hospital as a direct result of her poor treatment. I strongly encourage anyone looking at Etons place to go elsewhere and see anyone else. They've cancelled appointments on me, due to a shortage of the medication I was just prescribed I called and asked if they could re-write my script to a 20mg and 30mg because the shortage was only effecting 50mg- because I couldn't afford to pay another $300 for a another consult in the same month they said they wouldn't rewrite the script and would have to go without for 2 months until my next appointment if I couldn't afford to pay it. ... read more
