This building has the worst strata in metro Vancouver. Has rules don’t make any sense. Be careful when you decide to move in
They need a new management that actually cares. They hired a new caretaker and if you move in she’s gonna accuse you of damaging a common area during the move AFTER several days and not on the spot, on purpose of course; and then your deposit is gone, to their pocket. Bunch of crooks
Great location next to a forest. Fifteen minutes walk from stores. Mostly rentals means that it has the vibe of apartment building not a condo.
