Our recent visit to this urgent care clinic was extremely disappointing. While the wait time in the lobby was brief, the experience once we were taken into the examination room was unacceptable. To begin with first impressions, the individual who saw us did not introduce herself upon entering the room. And asked me, if I was the one feeling sick. Honestly, the only reason I show up here is because Canada won’t let me grab the meds off the shelf myself. Otherwise, the doctor just repeats the same stuff ChatGPT already told me at home — and today I found out why. Turns out even they’re using AI in the clinic! 😂”
The reviews aren’t lying genuinely so confused on how the doctors there even got qualified. Went there for an issue I had with my leg with one doctor telling me she would provide me prescription along side a medical note for the follow up session only to return and them denying they ever offered me a medical note to begin with so confused and baffled do better and communicate better unprofessional behaviour!!
Absolutely horrible, we went my husband was in so much pain but he had misplaced his health card. We have been there many many times before. The lady at the front desk said that we would have to give them $100 deposit and when we came back with his health card we would be reimbursed the $100. I went 3 days later then they told me I have to wait 4 to 6 weeks for the $100 cash that I had given them just 3 days before. The lady at the front desk should have been more specific.
