stay away from this place. I have completed my sleep study for months now and cannot get an appointment to discuss the results with the doctor. Every time you call you get an automated voicemail and a promise to call you back but they never call back. Why is this allowed ?
Overall, my experience at the sleep clinic was good. The staff were organized, explained everything clearly, and the room was clean. The only issues were that the sofa beside the bed was a little too small, and the toilet flush in one of the washrooms wasn’t working properly.
I now understand why all the bad reviews. YOU will be disappointed
I was weary to bring my 3 year old here because of the reviews but I’m so glad we did! We had a great experience I’m not sure the name of the doctor but he was extremely kind I had a baby with me too and he was very understanding and kind and referred us to sick kids for the actual sleep part which I really appreciated because of her age. My daughter even had an accident while we were there and the clerk gave me a private room to clean her up in I can’t say enough good things. The place is also extremely clean : )
From December 2 years ago, took a sleep test. Room was very cold, bed small and flat mattress and pillow. figured it was meant to be on purpose so didn't say a thing but my sleep wasn't pleasant. After the test, I get a call a month later from a receptionist being adamant on me getting a CPAP machine...didn't know what the person was talking about...no consultation either and no word from the doctor assigned.
