They try to do their best here. Staff are very nice and accommodating.

Then as I was about to depart for my scheduled appointment they said they would have to cancel my appointment -after I waited 4 months for it. Went in with my daughter for a sleep study as booked months in advance, just to be told go home we gave your appointment away. They told me they tried to contact me to confirm an appointment two days earlier. I had already booked and confirmed the appointment, just because they could not reach me they cancelled the appointment without noticed. stay away from this place. I have completed my sleep study for months now and cannot get an appointment to discuss the results with the doctor. Every time you call you get an automated voicemail and a promise to call you back but they never call back. Why is this allowed ?
Overall, my experience at the sleep clinic was good. The staff were organized, explained everything clearly, and the room was clean. The only issues were that the sofa beside the bed was a little too small, and the toilet flush in one of the washrooms wasn’t working properly.
