I’ve tried this place a few times now. With making an appointment in advance. Today’s visit I had 11:00 appointments and am just being started - and it’s noon!!! Same thing happened last time. I won’t be back and would not recommend.
Honestly terrible service and overall experience. this was my first time going. i was there from 9-1 getting a short acrylic set basic white and a basic pedicure. i had an appointment and they helped people who came after me with no appointment and they left way before i did. i paid a completely different total also. everything came out to around 130 dollars which was outrageous in my opinion for a basic short set and to paint my toes white.
Love this place. The owners are awesome. Best in maquoketa Iowa
GOT ACRYLICS ON MY TOE NAILS AND THEY HAVE RIPPED OFF MY PINKY TOE NAIL AND MY BIG TOE NAILS ARE BLACK!!!!! DO NOT GET ACRYLIC TOE NAILS HERE!!! 😭😭😭
I have been going here for several years and have had several mixed reviews, but today was by far the worst. When I went in they told me it would be a 45 minutes wait. I told them them that was fine and I would come back. When I came back 40 minutes later I was put at the back of the line, so I waited least 30 more minutes.
