I'm giving them two stars because they was very sweet in the office when I went in and asked questions I would most likely would've have given them more stars even though they denied my application that's my fault my credit so I'm not upset but the problem I have is it's been a month later and they haven't returned my money they kept telling me it's all the way in Michigan like we don't live in a world of technology I paid with my card it's a simple process to return my money
Super friendly staff worked their magic to get me in as soon as they could property manager has excellent customer service and is so wonderful to do business with would recommend to all of my friends and family
The new management takes the time hear out your issues and get them resolved in a timely manner.

I was requesting my lock to be changed and they never called back. I even tried calling back and for some reason I can’t. They don’t even listen to their messages cause they’re always full. How else can I contact them? I’m always working and I only have the weekends off
