Wife went to emergency with extreme resting low pulse rate and elderly lady at desk paid zero attention to our emergency at counter while yacking on phone about brownie recipes, etc until I had to yell loudly to make her get off the phone and attend to my wife's emergency needs. She was the only worker in area with exception of a small group of other emergency workers 20 feet behind her just chatting about nothing like they were all on break. At this ER here they make you wait so long in the waiting room and when they finally have you in a room they go in there and check on you all they do is just check your blood pressure put an IV on you and run test that you don't even need that's the reason why I gave it a one star review because this place sucks I much rather go to Trinity Mother Frances they care more about you at the Trinity Mother Frances ER then ETMC ER honestly

I went here about a year ago, and didn't have the bad experiences that others shared on their reviews. I was treated promptly, and was diagnosed after tests were ran, with the correct diagnosis. I was able to set up a payment plan to cover the cost, bc I don't have health insurance. However, these other experiences I read about are very sad...
