Avoid the products from this company. Really cheap stuff
Avoid ETM flooring at all costs! We were sold a supposed high-end Hickory engineered flooring and it's TERRIBLE. We've had nothing but issues with it over the last 4 years of having it and nobody will take accountability. Be ready to be shamed for however you use the floor and told it's not good enough. The floor is absolute garbage and the finish is being scraped off in many areas and now absorbing water. We are told it's our fault and to cover the floor with carpets.
