Avoid ETM flooring at all costs! We were sold a supposed high-end Hickory engineered flooring and it's TERRIBLE. We've had nothing but issues with it over the last 4 years of having it and nobody will take accountability. Be ready to be shamed for however you use the floor and told it's not good enough. The floor is absolute garbage and the finish is being scraped off in many areas and now absorbing water. We are told it's our fault and to cover the floor with carpets. Cheap products
I would give a lower rating but 1 star is the lowest I can give. ETM Thermacore RC flooring system for the luxury vinyl has greatly underperformed as a flooring option for our recent renovation. I would not recommend choosing their flooring. At time of installation, the floor was perfect without gaps where the joins are. At less than one year after installation, gaps started to appear where the planks are joined. Now less than 2 years, more gaps have started to appear. Excellent Customer Service Experience! I met some wonderful people there both in the office and in the warehouse! They carry exceptional quality products!
Great service. Picked up 1/2 my order on Fri and the other 1/2 on Sat. No problem for staff. People complain about ETM but they simply warehouse, they aren't the retailer that sells substandard product.The complainers should buy better quality flooring from the retailer.
