Horrible experience. Never received tickets after traveling to the venue. Tickets purchased months in advance but yet they will not release tickets up to 24 hours prior. Just dealing with scalpers.
Customer service and the process to change the email on an order is slow and tedious. Their website is outdated and their AI assistant is only there for people who don't know how to use a website. Order tickets somewhere else if you can help it.
I have a ten dollar charge on my bank account from etix and don't know why. Only phone options are for buying tickets. I keep sitting on hold and being told I can probably find my solution on line, which I can't and is exactly why I want to talk to someone.
There was a charge on debit card that came from this address for Grand Casino. Somehow someone got all my debit card information and charged $133 on my debit card. Address was 909 Aviation Parkway but listed as Grand Casino. I have never been to NC and never heard of any of the companies that are at this address.
I purchased a Meet and Greet package. 2 tickets. Over $1,100.00. I know that's an insane amount of money but hear me out. ONE DAY before the show, the VIP people send out an email that says "No autographs, and no pictures with your iPhones". I lost my mind. No way I'm paying over $1,100.00 for a group photo or some low res website photo. So I asked the ticket company and the event site for a refund. No response.
