Ordered a refrigerator that was shown as in stock via their website. I drove a considerable distance to pick it up from their shop. Wasted trip as they did not have one in stock. No information on their website or emails to me about needing to wait for a confirmation email or similar. One staff member suggested that I was at fault because I should have known to wait for a confirmation email. And then denied having said that. I purchased 2 items from etime. They arrived quickly so can't fault them on that but 1 item had a small piece missing and the 2nd item looked dirty like it had been used and removed from a caravan. I have sent 3 emails over a period of weeks giving them plenty of time to respond but have not had any reply from them. I did get an automatic reply when they were closed for Easter so I know the emails are being received. Clearly they are happy to make sales but not happy to follow up when there is a problem with their product.

Great company. I had a question about a Safetydave camera and messaged them. They responded super fast with the answer I needed. I jumped onto their eBay page and bought a kit at a great price. It was at my house two days later. Their service is well above average. Highly recommended.
