Have been trying for many months for a reply on faulty product. It has been sent back to etime and now etime say I modified it. This is incorrect, and I proved it to them. Sent so many emails with no response and can’t get through on the phone. Please etime send me the refund. EDIT: thank you for replying. If only you would have replied to my many emails. Terrible customer service. Can't fault there price or delivery, but 1 item failed during warranty, I asked the process to get repaired, it took them 5 weeks to respond after multiple follow up to tell me to take somewhere else. 3 follow ups after and no response. Worst customer service in the industry.
