My wife ordered a new washing machine on Monday from etime and we received it on Thursday afternoon in Wee Waa ,outback NSW. We are full time travellers so we organised with the local bakery to to have it delivered there. We will definitely use this company again. My wife did call on Wednesday to see when it will arrive and the lady gave us the tracking number, she was so helpful. Thankyou eTime RV you made this easy.

Terrible customer service. Can't fault there price or delivery, but 1 item failed during warranty, I asked the process to get repaired, it took them 5 weeks to respond after multiple follow up to tell me to take somewhere else. 3 follow ups after and no response. Worst customer service in the industry.
