Ordered a switch for Thetford toilet. Invoice has correct part picture and part number. Part supplied is completely different. Tried ringing them nobody answers, emailed them twice so far and have no response at all. Not happy with service at all.
Poor sales service, false advertising with there online sales. Putting seperate listings for items that don’t qualify for their free shipping but there website lets you select it upon checkout. Wouldn’t recommend
Purchased a faulty product. Returned and was given a replacement straight away. Very happy with the friendly service provided by Kiki. Will certainly continue to purchase from e Time.
Ordered a refrigerator that was shown as in stock via their website. I drove a considerable distance to pick it up from their shop. Wasted trip as they did not have one in stock. No information on their website or emails to me about needing to wait for a confirmation email or similar. One staff member suggested that I was at fault because I should have known to wait for a confirmation email. And then denied having said that.
