Excellent service! Attention to detail. ASE certified mechanics that take good care of you show you what they are fixing. This place is handicap accessible and is willing to take care of special accommodations if necessary. All of the employees are courteous and clean! Not to mention they have one of the cleanest jobs that I have ever scene. Chuck, Freddy, and Robert were extremely accommodating! I have been taking advantage of so many times I can’t count anymore this is the only shop I will never trust again !

Disappointed... I've had work done several times and was always happy so took my car there to have the brakes done. After 6 months I had a grinding in my brakes and took it back. They said the rotors were bad and probably due to driving style, which didn't seem likely since the original brakes had lasted me close to 70000 miles, but I took their word for it. you decide ---Bad diagnostic or a cheap shot I had cars worked on by them several years ago and was happy with the results, felt they were trust worthy and fair with their prices, even refered severals friends there. things seem to have change, new people working the front desk I had a rattle in the front of car, I thought it was the struts, they looked at the car and said no, it was the rack and pinion needed to be replaced, Knowing very little about cars, I had the repair done. they installed new rack and pinion ( $800.00 ... read more

I took my car, plus I gave them the parts I wanted replaced, I went to pick it up, and they didnt install my parts, I asked for them back and they said they lost them, Plus they claimed to have fixed something that I did not ask them to, and would not let me have my car back unless I paid them,, Sons on Bs they are,,, How do they manage to stay in business when they treat people like this?

Great Service Great Price Chuck and his staff are outstanding. They got me hard to find tires at a great price, and had them installed in no time. I highly recommend them.

Great service, and great price I've had a fair amount of work done at Ethridge in the past decade, and I've always been impressed by the quality and the cost. For an example, and oil leak that had a $650 estimate from the dealer was fixed for $250. They fixed a stripped sparkplug hole on an old chevy for me too...without it costing an arm and a leg.Only problem I ever had was when they took out my K&N filter during a tuneup and put a paper one in instead...Wonder what that mechanic was thinking; "why's it red?"
