This was my first time eating at a vegan restaurant and I thought that they would judge me but everyone was super nice. I ordered the Hippie Wrap and it was super yummy. The hummas inside was delish and the banana peppers gave it a nice zing. Atmospher is tremendous, sitting inside or out. I will definately come back and try something a bit more daring like the Burger.
I ate there this morning and had their pancakes. I don't know how they make them so good considering there isn't any animal ingredients in there. I wish I lived closer to Ethos... or I wish they opened one closer to my house... cuz then I'd go there a lot more. I recommend. Try them... even if you're not vegan.
