VERY Poor technical service - no clues how to set up and fix their leased printers - then not available when there is a problem, no shows on tech appointments. With our dated deliverables this is unacceptable service
This company does not honor contracts. Instead, it words things sneakily so that they can increase costs as often as they want during the stated contract period. Even when called on their dishonesty tactics and a word-for-word agreement is processed, they still will try to penny, nickel, and dime to if you don't keep a close eye on your agreement with them.
